Hi, I'm Shannon Jenkins

I help leaders communicate so people listen, trust them, and act.

I'm a keynote speaker and communication trainer, and I work with leaders at Nestlé, Nespresso, Google, Roche, and IMD Business School. They come to me with the same problem. Real expertise that isn't landing. My work is to close the gap between what you know and the influence you actually have.

I've spoken and hosted on stages of up to 9,500 people, and coached executives one to one. I also host RESONATE, a top 5% global podcast with 285,000+ listeners across 140+ countries, where I get into leadership, psychology, and performance with world class guests.

My background is in law, politics, and teaching. What I care about is whether a room actually believes you. Especially now, when AI can generate the words but not the trust.

Beyond Corporate Blah Blah

Communicating Ideas That People Actually Support

Great ideas often fail because of how they’re communicated. Learn how leaders replace jargon, complexity, and information overload with communication that builds clarity, trust, and buy-in.

Takeaways:
• Simplify complex ideas
• Communicate with clarity and credibility
• Build trust and gain buy-in

Keynote Topics

Trust in Times of Constant Change

In a world shaped by rapid technological change, AI disruption, and constant uncertainty, trust has become the most valuable currency of leadership. This keynote explores how leaders communicate honestly, create psychological safety, and guide teams forward, even when they don’t have all the answers.

Takeaways:
• Communicate with calm and clarity during uncertainty
• Build trust and psychological safety across teams
• Lead with confidence through disruption and change

Storytelling for Buy-In

Turning ideas into stories people understand, trust, and support

Even the strongest ideas can stall inside organisations when they’re communicated through complexity, technical detail, or “Corporate Blah Blah.” This keynote shows how leaders use simple storytelling structures to make ideas clear, reduce resistance, and build internal momentum.

Takeaways:
• Frame ideas around what matters to your audience
• Reduce resistance by addressing psychological barriers to change
• Use storytelling to gain alignment and internal buy-in
